Size Guide — Measure Your Dog's Neck First

Measure around the middle of your dog's neck with a soft tape measure. Add 2–3 cm for a comfortable fit (you should be able to slide two fingers beneath the collar). Then select the size that covers that measurement range.

• XS: Adjustable 22–30 cm (8.7–11.8 in) — suitable for toy breeds, puppies
• S: Adjustable 28–40 cm (11–16 in) — suitable for small breeds
• M: Adjustable 33–50 cm (13–20 in) — suitable for medium breeds
• L: Adjustable 36–60 cm (14–24 in) — suitable for large breeds
• XL: Adjustable 42–70 cm (17–27 in) — suitable for extra-large breeds

Sizes XS and S use a 2.0 cm collar width. Sizes M, L and XL use a 2.5 cm collar width.

How to Order Your Personalisation

2. In the personalisation/notes field at checkout, enter:
   • Your dog's name (as you'd like it embroidered)
   • Your contact number
3. Double-check spelling before placing your order — embroidery is permanent and cannot be changed after production begins.

Care & Safety Checks

• Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth or hand-wash in cool water. Air dry only — do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Fit check: Regularly check that you can slide two fingers comfortably under the collar. Adjust as your pet grows.
• Wear check: Inspect the embroidery, stitching, and buckle periodically for signs of wear. Replace if damaged.
• Supervision: Remove the collar when your dog is unsupervised or sleeping.
