About Us

Personalised pet collars, ID tags and accessories — made to order for your pet.

Who We Are

PAWID is a small, Melbourne-based team of pet lovers operated by PAWID PET PTY LTD (ABN 80 640 188 549), with our workshop in Box Hill, Victoria.

We started in 2017 selling personalised pet tags online, because we believed every pet deserves an ID that is made just for them — not a one-size-fits-all product. Since then we have grown our range to include collars, harnesses, leashes, bandanas and more, while keeping personalisation at the heart of everything we make.

How Your Order Is Made

  • Pet ID tags — made in-house in Melbourne: We run our own laser engraving and UV printing machines in our Box Hill workshop. Your pet's name, phone number and design are engraved or printed by our own team.
  • Handmade custom collars — with our production partner: Our handmade personalised collars are prepared by a trusted production partner with specialised sewing and embroidery facilities, working to our designs and quality standards.
  • Made after you order: Personalised items are made using the exact details you give us after your order is placed.
  • Checked before it ships: We check spelling, readability and finish before your order is packed.
  • Dispatched in 3–5 business days: Most personalised orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times after dispatch are listed in our Shipping Policy.

The Materials Behind Our Collars

Our collars are made from webbing and jacquard ribbons in a wide range of colours and patterns, so every collar can be matched to your pet's personality.
